Strategic leadership

With extensive experience as Chief Inspector of Education, Director of Education, Director of Children’s Services and Advisor to the Association of London Government and London Councils, Anji has a wealth of strategic leadership experience. From Assessing Business Excellence to developing schools as Centres of Excellence, apinc can help you develop the strategic vision for your organisation.

Academies

The Government has set a target of 200 Academies to be open or at planning stage by 2010, with an overall target of opening over 400 Academies nationwide.

apinc has the experience to help you successfully plan, develop and execute the best strategy for your Academy feasibility and implementation.

apinc works closely with market leaders in education communications, Grebot Donnelly Associates, to ensure a bespoke service that delivers success.

Training

apinc offers a full range of experience including technical advice for senior appointments in schools and Local Authorities, with high quality mentoring, training and coaching to meet your needs: from one-to-one sessions to lectures and seminars, and from one-off sessions to longer term programmes of support. Drawn from best practice and experience in the widest range of educational settings – apinc can provide you with the highest quality training to meet your objectives.

Inspection preparation (CAA/CPA)

In April 2009 Comprehensive Area Assessment (CAA) will replace Comprehensive Performance Assessment (CPA), following the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act (2007).

apinc can ensure you are ready for this change in the assessment of public services delivered by councils and their partners, including the private and voluntary sectors.

CAA is a measure of accountability for the public, assuring them that their Council is providing high quality services whilst maintaining value for money. apinc is ideally situated to help you with this crucial opportunity for your local authority to communicate success to its communities, whilst ensuring a joined up and proportionate response to public service regulation.
